Roasted cauliflower is one of those things I like to make about once a month or so. I can't say it's my favorite thing in the world, but it's a healthy snack that I like to throw in the mix when I get tired of my standard afternoon snacks. I'm always surprised by how many people I know that say they have never tried it. Here's how I like to make it...
1) Toss cauliflower with olive oil in some kind of baking pan
2) Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper (if I have some garlic I usually throw a little bit in the pan as well... I put garlic in almost everything I cook)
3) Bake in a 400 degree oven for around 30 minutes
Here are a couple of the latest simple recipes I've found on Pinterest that I am definitely planning to cook soon:
Asparagus Tart from "A Life of Spice"
Mini German Pancakes from "Real Mom Kitchen"
On a different subject, I just added a new item to my online store: InspiredByFelicity.com
Leopard Print & Peacock Feather Hair Bow Clip:
Can be put directly in hair for little girls and adults or attached to any of our interchangeable headbands or beanie hats for babies without any hair.
I also have brooches available with a similar look.
