Thinking about Christmas Wreaths

This will be our first Christmas in our home so I'm so excited to decorate my little house with garland, christmas ornaments, bells, wreaths and more!  I've been doing some online research to get ideas for a wreath to make for my front door and have found some unique things that have given me inspiration and I thought I would share some of these pieces....

This is a very "different" kind of wreath that could be made in a Christmas theme.  Could do all Christmas colors with a banner that says something Christmasy (is that a word?) - You can find the tutorial on how to make this here: http://www.aglimpseinsideblog.com/2011/07/summer-frame-wreath-tutorial.html

This fabric felt wreath would be really simple to make and could also be done in Christmas colors, although I'm not sure if the felt would hold up really well outside on my front door (although the first wreath I posted may not hold up well outdoors either).  You can find the tutorial on how to make this wreath here: http://iaminthearmytoo.blogspot.com/2011/01/diy-fabric-felt-flower-wreath.html

I also really like the idea of incorporating our last name initial into a wreath on our front door like is done in this simple wreath - tutorial found here: http://www.huckleberrygumbo.blogspot.com/  For Christmas I would deffinitely want to make this a bit more glitsy though, maybe I could use some shimmery bright red fabric for the flowers?

I'm still not sure exactly what I'm going to make but whatever i do I will most certainly have to incorporate feathers into it since I'm all into the feather thing at the moment - love this feather wreath from http://www.westelm.com/

also had to share this gorgeous Halloween wreath I came across while searching the internet today.  So wish I would I have had this on my door in October - the site said the wreath came from an Etsy store, but unfortunately it didn't give the name of the Shop =(
