When I make French Toast I usually do about 2 loaves of wheat bread at a time and freeze the leftovers.
Mix together 6 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract and a bit of cinnamon & nutmeg.
Dip the bread in the mixture and cook on a griddle or skillet.
(While you're waiting on it to cook take a picture of your pretty eggs for fun)
Top it with Nutella & Berries!
I like the berries to be warm so I usually pop them in the microwave for a few seconds.
Best part of this is in addition to being delicious and easy, it's actually pretty healthy since you're using the whole grain bread and topping it with berries instead of syrup and butter.
