Hair Clip Tutorial, New Stuff & A Giveaway

A couple weeks ago I posted about the Denim Pocket Banner Organizer I made for Felicity's closet.  After the pockets were cut out of the jeans I had the rest of the denim left and not wanting to waste it I made some hair clips and brooches from it.  Here's how you can do the same...
1) Cut out 5 circles in different sizes.
2) Stack them up and sew a couple stitches through them to attach them together (I have found that hot glue doesn't work well to attach denim to denim)
3) Rub a knife or sandpaper around the edges to fray them a bit.
4) Use hot glue to put some rhinestones on top - if you don't have rhinestones you could use a cute button instead.
3) Hot glue a hair clip on the back
4) Another option is to stick a safety pin through the back layer and pin it on a shirt as a brooch.  One day I pinned one onto Felicity's hot pink tank top and it looked adorable!
